Guido Frohnhaus completes the manager-quartet of the Turck-group
Turck appoints new managing director
11/11 – After the retirement of Werner Turck, Guido Frohnhaus now completes the management board of the Turck-group
Guido Frohnhaus has been appointed managing director of the Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG in Halver. Within the double-headed management board the 41-year old degreed engineer takes charge of the technical management and is also responsible for the departments development and production. For the last five years, Frohnhaus acted as technical director of the Turck subsidiary in the USA. Before that he operated within the management of an automobile supplier for ten years.
With the age-related retirement of company founder Werner Turck, a change of structure and generation took place. The Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Halver, responsible for development and production, as well as the Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Mulheim an der Ruhr, responsible for sales and marketing of the global acting group of companies, are each managed by a member of the founder families and an additional business manager. In Halver Guido Frohnhaus and Markus Turck lead the company, in Muelheim Christian Wolf and Ulrich Turck, son of co-founder Hans Turck, manage the family enterprise. Together they form the strategic management of the general Turck Holding.
With decades of experience Werner Turck will furthermore manage the companies Turck duotec and Escha TSL. Turck duotec is known as an innovative service- and development-provider for user-specific electronics. The company uses the already existing development capacities and manufacturing technologies of the Turck-group to offer a wide range of cross-sectoral electronic solutions. Escha TSL is a company of the Turck-group and is one of the world market leaders in the field of tactile- and switching technologies for the public transport.
