BL67 Adapter for Parker Valves
07/11 – New adapter module for Turck’s I/O system BL67 allows connection of electrical and pneumatic components in a minimal space
In cooperation with Parker Hannifin, Turck developed a valve adapter for its BL67 I/O-system and the valve series Isys Micro and Isys ISO from Parker. With the new modules, up to 32 valves can be controlled directly with the BL67. The combination of the IP67 rated I/O system and the valves allows an easy installation and an uncomplicated connection of electrical and pneumatic components in a minimal space.
With its BL67 gateway, the new dream-team can be integrated easily into the infrastructure of the customer’s plants or machines. The gateway, also offered as a CoDeSys programmable version, is available for the established Fieldbuses and Industrial Ethernet protocols: DeviceNet, CANopen, Profibus DP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet IO and Modbus TCP.
The modular design allows to complete the BL67 station with a choice through a full digital or analogue I/O modules range populating the base module existing with a multiple choice of electrical connection (M8, M12, M23, 7/8”). The complete resulting configuration can handle up to 32 electrical modules (up to two in the Valve Driver Module), up to 256 digital I/Os (up to 32 outputs in the Valve Driver Module) or up to 64 analog I/Os.
