Turck again awarded as "Most Wanted Employer"
Turck has once again been named a "Most Wanted Employer" in 2023, making it one of Germany's most popular employers for the second time in a row. In cooperation with kununu, the Zeit publishing group examined more than 240,000 employer profiles and more than 3.9 million ratings from employees.
For this purpose, various selection criteria were established that the employers had to fulfill in order to be shortlisted. The kununu employer profile must have a minimum score of 3.5 out of 5 stars with a recommendation rate of 70% or more and must have achieved a certain number of ratings or a rating score. By weighting particularly important criteria, the selection of employers was reduced and the most popular employers, to which Turck belongs, were chosen.
